Learn More about Teaching
WildFire workshops are for artists of all levels, of course, but they’re also for TEACHERS of all levels. WildFire is the perfect place to debut that lesson you’ve been dying to share with the community! It’s also an excellent venue to polish up a class you’ve been teaching for years that needs some refreshing.
Our workshops are community driven, so each event is unique and special in its own way. Do you have a 1h 10m workshop or discussion you’d like to teach or lead? Please fill out the workshop submission form linked above and our Pre-Event Manager will be in touch!
Each workshop you teach counts for 2 hours of your volunteer commitment!
Travel Assistance for Teachers
If you are interested in teaching at WildFire Retreat, but are traveling from outside of the New England area, we can help with travel expenses!
Instructors can receive up to $300 in compensation! Please note, this does not include a ticket to WildFire Retreat. WildFire is a unique event where we offer meals, hot showers, and lodging for all of our traveling instructors and as such we do not have comp tickets.
Fellowship Tickets to the event are available on an as-needed basis, if you are interested please fill out that form here: Fellowship Application
Learn More about Vending
At WildFire, vendors are teachers too! Our goal is to provide a variety of quality spinning and flow arts-related vendors who will educate attendees on their products, while allowing them to try – and hopefully purchase said equipment.
We are seeking vendors who embody our mission of building community and spreading the spinning arts through sharing skills. We expect vendors to educate attendees about their products and maintain high standards for the quality and safety of the goods they sell.
Vendors pay full price for their ticket to WildFire but are not expected to contribute the standard volunteer hours. Approved vendors are guaranteed tickets.
Notification of approval or denial will be sent to you on a rolling basis.
Learn More about Art Submissions
The art on our WildFire tickets, the Organizer swag, and the vinyl decals all come from community-submitted art work!
We are always looking for new art and would LOVE to see your creation around the necks of every attendee.
Please do not submit any AI-generated art. We love our community and their artistic skills, and we want to promote YOUR talent!
Other Art
Let your imagination run wild! If you are so inspired to create vibrant multicolor works of art, we would still love to see them and may use them places like our website, our Threadless store, and more.
