Arrival/Check in starts at 3:00 PM Friday and all attendees need to be off the site by 12:00 PM Monday. Please respect the "Leave no trace" principles so that we can use this site continually and pack out more then you packed in.
Full Price Tickets are $215 and will only be sold in advance. There are 250 tickets available to the public and all meals, a safety blanket, and full facilities are included. WildFire offers a small pool of reduced price Fellowship tickets, check out the Fellowship Ticket Application for more information and to apply.
WildFire provides food for all attendees in the form of sit down community meals throughout the weekend. WildFire also has a great camping culture; you can drive close to your camping spot to unload, and there are a variety of spots available. There is limited cabin space available, we prioritize those with accessibility and mobility based needs. You will need to apply for cabin space at each event. Car camping and RV camping is permitted - you will also need to submit a form if you intend to car/RV camp for each event. Be aware that we do NOT have hook-ups available.

- Tent and sleeping equipment - for hot, warm, cool and cold weather. This is New England and you just never know!
- Reusable drinking water container
- Shower supplies
- Sun screen
- Ear plugs
- Bug spray
- Several towels
- Your spinning & performing equipment!
- Something to have a cool vinyl design applied to!
- Headlight or flashlight to walk around at night
- Several changes of clothing for rainy, hot and cold weather. We usually get all of the above.
- Small trash bags for your tent site.
- White gas if you intend to burn. (You must notify the Field Safety Organizer prior to burning with a different fuel.)

- Hiking clothing
- Shade structure
- Camping chairs
- Personal camera - see official Policies Page for photography guidelines!
- Performance clothes if you are so inclined

Merge onto CT-25 N/CT-8 N
Keep right to continue on CT-8 N, follow signs for Connecticut 8 N/Connecticut 15 N/Shelton/Waterbury
Take exit 9 to merge onto CT-15 N/Merritt Pkwy toward CT-15
Take exit 68 N-E to merge onto I-91 N toward CT-66 E/Hartford/Middletown
Take exit 29 to merge onto CT-15 N/US-5 N toward I-84 E/E Hartford/Boston- merge with I-84E
Take exit 69 for Connecticut 74 toward U.S. 44/Willington/Putnam
Continue on CT-74 E.
